Theft prevented in Almaty

The home alarm system, which has gained popularity in Kazakhstan, has once again proven its effectiveness. Kazsekur, one of the largest companies in the domestic industrial and home security market, has been operating in Kazakhstan for over 15 years. Every day, operators receive more than 50 reports of alarms being triggered.

This time, the home alarm system and the prompt actions of Kazsekur employees prevented the theft of property from a company client’s home and saved the owners more than 5 million tenge worth of property.

On the morning of November 7, 2018, the Kazsekur centralized monitoring center received an alarm signal from one of the objects in the private sector, in the following areas: “17,18 street motion sensors, kitchen and hall.” The operator immediately responded to the signal and sent a Rapid Response Team to the site. The response time was only 4 minutes.

Thanks to the prompt actions of Kazsekur employees and the GBR crew, an attempted theft in a private home was prevented and three perpetrators were caught red-handed and subsequently handed over to the Zhetysu Police Department. An investigation is currently underway. The owners of the house also expressed their gratitude for the prompt response, preservation of property, and prevention of theft. According to Aman Almukhamedov, Director of Kazsekur LLP, each such case makes it clear that in our time, the technical factor of security must be taken to a new level and we should not wait for unpleasant events to happen, but rather minimize risks by installing security alarms in advance, which will help preserve property and perhaps even lives.

Kazsekur also reported that Kazakhstani citizens have begun to trust security alarm systems and have become more active in installing them in their homes and offices.
